8. Submission of a Notice of Conformance to Harmonics Guideline

Prior to initiation of shipment, members shall submit to this association a notice of conformance by the format shown on the attached page.

Classification of equipment shall be according to Table 1 in this plan.

9. Time Frame for Replacement of Existing Equipment

Considering the life cycle of electronic computers, it is expected that within ten years from 1996 essentially 100% of all equipment in use will be in conformance to the limit values.
